BYOD: Bring Your Own Device

App: Application (software program that runs on a device, e.g. iBooks, Evernote, Word)

Wi-Fi: A method by which a device can connect to a network or to the internet. 

3G: Third generation of mobile wireless/cellular network connection (commonly used to connect to telecommunication services such as Telstra, Optus, etc.)

GB (Gigabyte): A measure of memory and storage capacity. The larger the number, the greater the capacity.

Tech: Technician ​

Download: The process by which data is transferred to a computer (either wirelessly or by cable).
